Terms of Service

1. License and applicable terms (Apple Standard EULA)

The App is distributed through Apple's App Store. In addition to these terms, your license to use the App is subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple Standard EULA"). The official text is maintained by Apple here:

Where these terms conflict with the Apple Standard EULA, the provisions more favorable to the end user shall apply; all other matters are governed by these terms.

2. Your content and your services

The App itself does not provide any cloud content or media library. The videos, libraries, IPTV channels and files you play, cast or connect to are supplied by you. You must ensure that you have the legal rights or authorization to use such content and you are responsible for how you use it.

3. Third-party services

The App can connect to third-party services such as Jellyfin, WebDAV, SMB, IPTV and DLNA. These services are operated by you or by third parties; the App is not responsible for the content, availability, legality, stability or privacy practices of those services. Please review the terms and privacy policies of the respective third-party services before use.

4. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App to access, distribute or reproduce content you have no legal right to;
• Use the App to engage in infringement, harassment, fraud or other activities that violate the laws of your jurisdiction;
• Reverse engineer the App, redistribute it without authorization, or circumvent the App Store's purchase and distribution mechanisms;
• Interfere with the normal operation of the App or the services it depends on.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by applicable law, we make no express or implied warranties about the App's continuous availability, compatibility with all third-party services or fitness for your particular purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App's authors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated version.
