Privacy Policy

1. What we don't collect

• CastFlow does not create user accounts for the app itself.
• CastFlow does not upload your playback history, media lists, viewing preferences or device identifiers to our servers.
• CastFlow does not integrate third-party ads, analytics or tracking SDKs.

2. Data that stays on your device

To make CastFlow feel "open it and watch" in the living room, the following data is stored on your Apple TV. When you enable iCloud, it syncs across your own devices in the way Apple defines:

• Sources you have added (DLNA / Jellyfin / WebDAV / SMB / IPTV addresses and credentials).
• App preferences (UI, photo album, clock and player settings).
• Playback progress and recently watched history.

None of this is sent to CastFlow's servers.

3. Services you connect to

When you add a Jellyfin, WebDAV, SMB or IPTV address inside CastFlow, the app only talks to those addresses when you initiate a request. The account, password or token you provide is used only to fulfill your request, and is not sent to us or to any third party. Those third-party services are governed by their own privacy policies.

4. System-level services and crash reporting

CastFlow runs through Apple's system-level interfaces. Apple may collect app crash logs and anonymous performance data according to its own privacy policy. We do not receive personally identifiable crash reports; for details, please refer to Apple's privacy policy.

5. Children

CastFlow is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of CastFlow means you accept the updated version.
